Camurria: a restaurant digital transformation project

Camurria™ is an Italian fast food brand based in Toulouse. When they came to me, they had one location, a weak visual identity, and no real digital presence. Over the course of our collaboration, I took on a full partner role, rebuilding the brand from the ground up, creating a consistent digital presence, and supporting the opening of three new locations. The result was a +50% increase in revenue and an audience that doubled on social media.
The Starting Point
Camurria had energy and a strong product, but the brand did not reflect it. The visual identity was inconsistent, the website was basic, and social media had no clear direction. The challenge was not just design, it was building a complete digital foundation for a fast growing restaurant business.
Brand Identity & Visual Direction
The first step was redefining the visual identity. I redesigned the logo, established a coherent color palette, and created a full graphic system that could work across packaging, signage, digital content, and print. The goal was a brand that felt Italian, modern, and immediately recognizable, both in store and online.
From there I designed all packaging materials and communication media, ensuring every customer touchpoint told the same visual story.

Website Design & Development
I designed and developed the Camurria website on Webflow, building a clean, responsive showcase that reflected the new brand identity. The site was structured to communicate the concept quickly, display the menu clearly, and drive visits to the physical locations. It was built to be easy to update independently, without technical dependency.
Social Media & Content Strategy
With the brand identity in place, I built a social media strategy from scratch. This included defining a consistent content direction, coordinating photo and video shoots, editing content with CapCut and Photoshop, and managing the publication calendar. Engagement doubled within the first months. I also wrote and designed newsletters to retain existing customers and communicate promotions effectively.
Digital Marketing & Delivery Platforms
Beyond the website and social media, I managed the brand’s presence on Deliveroo and UberEATS, optimizing listings to increase online orders. I also coordinated the integration of various digital tools to improve day to day operational efficiency, from booking systems to content scheduling.

Supporting Three New Openings
As the brand grew, I provided direct support for the opening of three new Camurria locations in Toulouse. This included adapting all brand materials for each new space, coordinating with suppliers and service providers, and ensuring visual and communication consistency across all locations.
Results
Three years of collaboration, three new locations, and a brand that went from invisible to recognizable in Toulouse. The +50% revenue increase reflects not just better design, but a complete shift in how Camurria communicated with its audience, both online and offline.
